Shared Workspaces Now Available in Stroud
The hugely successful Stroud shared workspace,The Exchange now has permanent offices spaces available. The refurbished office space housed in the former Selsley Herb & Spice building on Brickrow is currently undergoing a phased refurbishment of further parts of the building leading to the creation of 10 more office spac
The Exchange is a shared workspace operating as a social enterprise, which provides cost effective furnished workspaces to local companies, charities, social enterprises and community groups. The Exchange is close to the town centre, is well served by public car parks and is within walking distance of Stroud railway station.
The workspaces are being offered on a fully inclusive basis and tenants will receive a managed service to include business rates, utilities, broadband, tea and coffee, meeting rooms and cleaning. Meeting room available in the centre of Stroud
The newly launched Exchange shared workspace centre also boasts a large meeting room for hire. The room can cater for meetings of up to 10 people with a white board and flipchart also available.
The Exchange is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and by arrangement at weekends.

with other people to develop your plans!
How do I join?
Please fill in the membership application
form and send an annual membership subscription of £24.00. This will
enable you to use the Centre, after a conversation with the Project Manager
about what services you are likely to need.
